About Us

Chelsea believes in the intrinsic power held by all individuals to achieve self-awareness and balance in their lives and is devoted to honoring this process when working with adults, children, and families.

With experience working with foster and adopted children, LGBTQ community members, victims of trauma, abuse, and neglect, individuals from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and members of spiritual and religious communities, she brings to her work with clients qualities of warmth, acceptance, and compassion. She has received training in Interprofessional Collaboration, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), and has received additional certifications through Portland State University for supporting adopted and foster children and families.

She is particularly passionate about working with children and teens to help them cultivate positive and proactive change in their lives amongst the growing pains and developmental challenges often experienced at this age.

Chelsea received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from University of New Orleans. She relocated to the Pacific Northwest to pursue her Master's of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychology. She is currently a registered intern with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.
